Housewares, Back Patio & Backhouse: Flat screen tv, basketry, hardware, air conditioner, quality BBQ, potted plants, garden table and chair set.

Cash, credit card & Venmo are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Please do not disturb immediate neighbors & wait on sidewalk.

Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely. Do not park in driveways.
