Extensive Covid precautions will be taken: Masks must be worn at all times, temperature check taken before entry, Covid waiver release form to be signed, hand sanitizer (or gloves) must be used, and social distancing must be practiced. We will let in the right amount to shop safely and then it will be 1 person in when 1 leaves. It will be worth the precautions and the wait - please bring your patience.

For this house we will allow approximately 12-15 people at a time (20% capacity). It's a 1 story house, garage & backyard so please be patient!

Machinist Tools/Garage: Very nice selection of machinist tools including measuring, cutting, milling and tool chests. Great garage items are vintage stacked metal swim/gym lockers, pair of attached church seats, vintage bike, aluminum ladder, and large radial arm saw.

Electronics/Records/CD's/Dvds/Books: Sherwood receiver w/box model S-8900, Garrard turntable, LPs (big band, classical), monitor, books, printer, Panasonic tv, CDs.

Kitchenware/Housewares/Clothing: A good amount of kitchen items including Waterford glasses, pots & pans, dehydrator, ice cream maker, wooden bowls and Noritaki china set. Furniture & Lighting: Beds, nice contemporary desk, 1970's white bedroom set w/desk, 1960's bedroom suite including vanity & stool, vintage cedar chest, round dining table set w/matching sideboard, glass & brass coffee table. A very nice upright piano by Autopiano is present, as are antique linens and bedding.

Cash, credit card, venmo & paypal are accepted, home is secured and alarmed, please do not disturb residents or neighbors. Please note that VALUABLES are taken OFF SITE and brought back day of sale. Live feed security monitors are used on the premises at all times. You must carry out your own purchases including small & large pieces (we also recommend Lugg).

Plenty of on-street parking. Please respect neighborhood parking and park legally and safely.
